Delivery: Terms and Times

We usually deliver under 24 to 48 hours (except sold out).
For Corsica and BENELUX, provide up to 48h additional delivery times..

We usually deliver from stock without commitment period.
Every shipment validated after midday will be processed next day morning (ours warehouses are closed on weekends).
Shipments, even Franco, at the risk and peril of the recipient must verify the package upon arrival.
In case of damage or loss occurred during transport, it is the recipient to exercise any recourse against the carriers in accordance with Articles 105 and 106 of the Commercial Code.
Complaints about the quality of the goods or quantities shall be made within three days of delivery.
We don't ship products for testing and don't accept returned merchandise except in the case of an error on our part or a prior agreement.
We are not responsible for any damage or accident which may be caused by the products we sell or by their use.

0 to 5 Kg:           8 € TTC
> 5 Kg to 10 Kg:      9,20 € TTC
> 10 Kg to 20 Kg:    16€ TTC

Free shipping on this carrier from 60 € of purchases according to the eligible articles (parcels not exceeding 20kg and 100cm height).
